Lifeguard / Nhân Viên Cứu Hộ

Establishes good public relations with all users of the facilities of the Pool and Fitness Centre.

Able to handle guest requests in relation to the Pool in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner at all times.

Ensure all quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently applied.
Complete understanding of and adhere to employee rules and regulations.
Will be responsible ensuring that the cleanliness and function of the entire Pool area is continuously maintained. It should be kept neat, tidy and in a sanitary manner in accordance with the Recreations Supervisor and the Health and Safety Standards.
Maintain good relationship with all colleagues
Attends any training required, both technical and practical in operating the equipment and being able to get the maximum out of all equipment located within the Pool and Fitness Centre.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Complete daily shift checklist and submit to Recreations Supervisor before off duty
Rescue drowning guest.
Introduces all activities and facilities of the Pool and Fitness Centre to its patrons.
Ensures that all equipment is proper maintained and in excellent working order at all times.
Report customer feedback to supervisor promptly, uses guest issues and compliments to activate long term improvements in products and services.
Inspecting Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre regularly and familiar with all equipment.
Wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.

Be able to understanding, listening and speaking English. Chinese speaking is a plus
Good swimmer
Must be able to work in different shifts when required
Have Life Guard / Rescue License provided by local authority
Healthy. Age 22 - 28
1 years Life Guard experiences
Already work in 5-star hotel environment preferred
