Elaborate working plan to reach object
- Elaborate Sourcing action plan to reach objects of new year in accordance with company policies
- Follow up and correct working plan in accordance with object established
Manage products
- Regularly contact the local authorities (Department of Industry and Trade, Farmers&039; Association): to link supply and demand, and support the development of a typical source of goods in that locality.
- Keep track of current order status , to improve method to be ready for shortages or backlog problems and have a timely solution.
- For seasonal goods: timely support farmers to consume, find out quickly for existing goods.
- Satisfy the demand for goods for each store, avoiding shortage of goods.
- Research and purchase products with best price and quality in accordance with gouvernment regulations about goods quality management
Manage relationship with supplier
- Ensuring, verifying hygiene and food safety records of the products they purchase in full and compliance with Big C regulations
- Contact to exchange information about goods ressource .
- Coordinate with Buyer & HQ Department to promptly inform suppliers of the records which are about to expire
-Talk with suppliers to update supply sourcing, seasonal as well as feedback to suppliers about delivery time, bad quality, lack delivery and so on to find out reasons and solutions.
- To look for potential supplier (farmer, copperative, trader)
- Instructions the Vegetable specifications products for new vendors
- Check quality of supplier products
- Visit farmers in field and visit suppliers and local market to update some information of products, new product.
Platform 902 relationship & Big C Da Lat
- Check quality of products in Big C Da Lat.
- Coordinate with Dalat Platform team to monitor daily concerned the quality of product.
- Instructions new supplier to delivery to Platform 902
Report
- Monthly Sourcing for EDLP products
- Update weather and update the new specifications to need to change in the bad weather
- Preodic and in order report when hierarchical need to support of purchasing.
- Proposing new business ideas and plans to improve work efficiency in purchasing activities.
- Daily Sourcing in Da Lat
Checking competitor:
- Check new assortments from competitors.
- Check the prices and quality of products from competitors and markets.

Knowledge
- General knowledge of working environment: good gamut, price and display map, customers, working process related, internal regulations
