Locally Engaged Designate (Led) Visa Officer - LE4

The Embassy of Australia in Hanoi is looking for a talented and energetic individual to fulfil the position of LE4 Locally Engaged Designate (LED) Visa Officer.

- Applicants should have strong program management skills and the ability to meet goals and deadlines, strong teamwork skills, demonstrated ability to provide a quality professional service, apply ethical work practices and maintain integrity in all aspects of work, and ability to interpret and apply complex legislation and policy to support good decision making and provide reliable advice to stakeholder.
BENEFITS:
- The full-time monthly gross salary ranges from VND35 million to VND40 million plus an additional monthly allowance of USD1,250 (paid in VND according to the exchange rate published by ANZ bank)
- Employment will be subject to satisfactory medical and police/security checks. The actual start date will be confirmed following the outcome of the police checks.
- The successful applicant will be offered an initial contract for a 12- month period, with the possibility of a further contract.
- For prospective expatriate employees, please note that all costs associated with the employee’s relocation to and stay in Vietnam are the employee’s responsibility. This includes visa fees, travel to Vietnam, quarantine hotel costs on arrival and Covid-19 tests. The employee will also be responsible for organizing their own residential accommodation during their period of stay.
