Logistic Coordinator

* Main missions and responsibilities
- Export: different categories of products to our partners overseas in USA, Australia, France, Italy, Africa…
- Import: mainly food for our stores in Vietnam (cherries, apples, Kiwis, beef…) from suppliers are allowed to export goods to Vietnam.
- The Logistic Coordinator is responsible to follow-up all the shipments with the merchandisers, from the order until the shipment of the goods and to make sure that the orders are on time for the customers. And also guarantee that the processes for orders are followed-up by the team. He has the ability and agility to improve it in order to bring efficiency to the business.
* Main missions:
- Receiving order from International Food Sourcing Manager/Director of Import/Export department
- Buy insurance and open credit for orders (if need)
- Tracking shipment and registration in the system of all orders for each activity (import /export) and (textile / food / bazar), updating in weekly report (ETD, ETA, etc)
- Closing of the month activity with the Director and to work closely with the team for the invoicing of the commissions
- Prepare customs declaration documents, work with the bank to receive the documents
- Able to bring some evolutions to our new software of follow-up and work with the supplier for that.
- Working closely with accountants and finance to keep track of revenue and expenditure in imports timely and accurately
- Keep all records as prescribed

* Skills/Experiences required
- Must be well organized and detailed-oriented
- Able to work independently and effectively
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Graduated University
- Good technical knowledge in logistics, at least 1 year experience in logistic
- Must know the Export process (documentation, payment, shipment)
- Good computer skills (mainly Excel, Word)
