Logistic Coordinator Vietnam

***RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS FOR THE ROLE
· Develop, implement and monitor processes
· Uphold, Report and work to the goal targets set in Weekly and Monthly Logistic KPI.
· In charge of logistics in Vietnam (all below for VN)
***TASKS AND RECURRING ACTIVITIES
· Support IMMEX, VAT and other legal reporting requirements with trade compliance responsible
· Organization of freight and transportation for shipments
· As a member of the team in Vietnam support the Polarium culture by supporting where most necessary decided by the general site manager.
· Maintain improvement list connected to Logistic KPI
· Preparation and approvals of goods shipment documents ensuring accuracy and documents filing is maintained
· Multi-tasking between various projects, deadlines and reports
· Daily and weekly reporting of status, issues, risks and improvement opportunities
· Adherence to IMS and EHS requirements
· Thorough and consistent tracking of inbound and outbound shipments
· Support warehouse stocktaking and cycle count operations
· Coordinate goods movements across all points of supply chain including suppliers, freight services, customs agents, suppliers, warehouse, production and customers
· Manage performance and salary review with team

***QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Excellent communication skills, in both Vietnamese and English
· Strong writing, mathematical, negotiation and communication skills required
· Extremely organized, ability to multi-task, very detailed oriented
· English skill is a must
· Minimum of 3 year’s experience within shipping, logistics and warehousing
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Demonstrated ability using ERP and logistics related SW
· BA University degree in job related field
