Mô tả công việc

Coordinate with various aspects to optimise the delivery of the items to customers.

This include the liaison with other department and forwarders to ensure on time custom
Clearance and right HS code are use during declaration.

Preparation of inbound and outbound shipping documentations and relevant agency requirements to ensure timely clearance and delivery
Daily updating of tracking no on all pick up arranged in SAP to ensure easy retrieval.
Book in stocks to SAP after receiving process completed in store.
Reordering of stocks to RSC, CSC and others Festo company.
Create Purchase order for others department (Eg : Marketing, IT). MIGO PO during stocks arrival, also proceed MIGO for Admin department.
Prepare the contract & principle contract
Support to provide Business Registration/ Supplier form to customers.
Costing the UPS service.
Stock report weekly.
Active & place PO for local part from other Festo countries.
Support customer requires: PO sign, stamp, scan…
Handle Service & Repair, co-ordinate warranty claim (ICM)
Involvement in both official and/or ad-hoc physical stock count activities
Submission of invoices from suppliers / forwarding agents to finance department
Other duties and task assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor in Logistic, Foreign trade, Commercial or similiar fields
Good spoken and written English (must). Candidate with ability to speak Chinese is highly regarded
Have at least 1 year experience of Logistic / Supply Chain / Forwarder experience
Openness and Flexibility,Communication, Team working, Customer-Oriented
Ability to time management and keep to deadline (important)
