Logistic Leader

Make/ update the delivery procedure according to ISO and MBP regulations and submit for approval.

Understand well the receiving/ delivering products/ goods, and the related regulations for those activities

Manage the delivery team to achieve the management goals; to ensure the delivery service is managed profitably and in-line with relating process.
Propose and select the suitable and effective transportation means for delivery purpose
Be responsible for deliveries on time and as customer’s requests.

Manage the daily works of delivery team, including:

Record of delivery information.
Do the deliveries MPV.
prepare necessary documents;

Make sure that material and human resources of the section are utilized efficiently and training staffs if needed.
Attend the organizing, planning and recruiting activities for the delivery team.
Regularly do customer satisfactory survey to improve deliveries service
Confirm the delivery with MPV,
Manage the team.
Receive and deal with relating feedback , complaint, claim of customers/dealers

Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to Map

Other Duties

Doing other SCD tasks/ other tasks when required
Other tasks as assigned by Superior and Board of Management

Authorization

Right to request for working facilities to fulfill the assigned duties
Right to make proposals concerning tasks/ mission in order to improve works.

Relationships

Related internal and external parties for working purposes
Outsourcing trucks or dealers’ vehicles which come to receive goods in the company.
