Logistic Staff (Contractor 1 year)

- Handling the instrument importation from source which includes: order placement, follow up instrument availability with source, export docs’ following up, instrument record with Singapore..
- Support the local instrument movement: arranging the instrument withdrawal, instrument redeployment and following up documents for the local movement
- Non-commercial value goods’ documenting and collecting the hand over minutes with end-customers
- CAP/ RAP documents’ collection with distributors, sale staff to file full documents for Cap/ Rap instruments
- Checking and alerting the rap contracts submitted by sale team if any discrepancies versus the legally approved ones
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required by Logistics Manager

- At least 6 months of relevant experience in import + export process/ supply chain process
- Good English skill including reading, listening and writing.
- Good Excel skill:
- Good learning agility
