物流中心主管 Logistics Center Supervisor

監督和檢查倉庫作業規範，確保人員安全和庫內貨物安全，做好防火，防盜等安全措施。/Supervise and inspect warehouse operation specifications to ensure the safety of personnel and goods in the warehouse, take safety measures such as fire prevention and theft prevention.
全面統籌管理倉庫內部工作，控制倉庫管理成本和人工成本，降本增效。/Manage the internal works of the warehouse, control and reduce management and labor costs to increase the efficiency.
監督和檢查庫內各類設備的維護和保養，做好物資耗材管理工作，節約成本，為倉庫作業提供保障。/監督和檢查庫內各類設備的維護和保養，做好物資耗材管理工作，節約成本，為倉庫作業提供保障。/Supervise and conduct the maintenance of warehouse equipment, manage the materials and expendables, cost saving, ensure the warehouse operations.
協調各個部門與倉庫端的各項工作，保證資訊傳達到位並監督回饋落實情況。/Coordinate with different departments and warehouses to ensure and supervise the information and feedback are well delivered and implemented.
做好團隊建設，制定人才培養和人才儲備計畫，做好內部組長和員工的績效考核工作。/Team build up , set up talent training and reserving plans, and conduct the performance assessment of team leaders and staffs.
定期組 織會議，制定工作目標和計畫，協調解決各小組問題和困難。/Organize periodic meetings, set up working targets and plans, coordinate and solve the problems and difficulties with related parties.
倉庫 5 S 建設，完善庫內管理，提升倉容倉貌。/Warehouse 5S system set up , enhance warehouse management, improve warehouse capacity and warehouse environment.

工作職位需求 /Job Requirement
身份要求/ Identity requirement：有當地合法的工作和居留的身份。/Possess legal work and residence permit.
工作經驗/ Work Experience：倉庫實操經驗 (1-3 年)，管理經驗更佳。/Warehouse operation experience (1-3 years), management experience is an advantage.
具備較強的責任心和團隊精神，能承受一定工作壓力。/Teamwork spirit and responsibility. Able to work under pressure.
學歷要求/ Educational Requirement: 大專以上。/Bachelor&039;s degree and above.
熟練使用 Office 等辦公軟體。/Familiar with MS Office.
語言要求/ Language Requirement：中文與英語其中一種流利。 越南語母語或相同水準/ Chinese or English proficient. Vietnamese native or equivalent.
具備較強的發現問題及解決問題的能力，善於發現倉庫運作中存在的安全問題及操作問題並及時解決。/Strong ability to discover and solve problems. Good at discovering potential warehouse operation and safety issues in advance.
熟練使用 WMS 等倉儲管理系統，對倉庫作業流程及優化有較好見解。/Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS). Good understanding of warehouse operation procedures and optimization.
具備較強溝通管理能力，能夠獨立溝通處理倉庫外部事務及倉庫內部管理事務。/Strong communication and management ability. Able to communicate and handle warehouse external and internal affairs independently.
有叉車證者佳。/Forklift license will be an advantage.
