Logistics Executive (Salary up to 500$ Per month)

- Check the cost from suppliers monthly
- Advice to customers about the customs regulation as HS code, C/O, Customs sheet mode, import/export customs policy etc…
- Daily update data into company’s systems & report to upper level
- Issue Debit Note & make the file by both soft & hard copy
- Internally contact & work closely with the team to handle the import/export shipments as customer’s requirement
- Attend and arrange jobs at customer side such as: declare customs sheet on VNACCS, delivery, loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, moving machine etc…
- Checking customs documents and prepare customs sheets to declare VNACCS software
- Solve the problems related to customs clearance (if any) such as revise CDS, cancel CDS,…
- Liaise with customers & suppliers to arrange import/export shipments and other related inquiries
- Prepare documents to get import license (if any)
- Handle customs clearance and all related jobs in the Hanoi area (in necessary case)
- Support customer for customs liquidation job/duty refund
- Arrange for delivery/pick up cargo smoothly
- Other tasks will be assigned by managers

- Well-understood about the customs regulation, especial rule/policy for EPE, Manufacturing and Processing type
- Have at least 01year experience in logistics industrial. Customs Clearance is preferable
- Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) English
- Foreign trade, logistics knowledge is required
- Willing to study and challenge from new things
- Hardworking; Careful and Honest
- Strong communication, negotiation and problems solving skills
- Have teamwork spirit and able to work independently as well
- Using VNACCS software fluently is must
- Skillful using office software
