Logistics Manager

- Management, administration and responsible for all activities in Can Tho.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Manage the training of new personnel, ensure team members meet their individual targets and carry out staff performance, and meet with department objectives.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market in the South and Southwest regions to ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage logistics operations to meet with customers requirements.
- Coordinate with local vendors/suppliers, agents and oversea partners, to work smoothly, handling customers’s orders.
- Seeking, expand and increase new customers.
- Weekly, monthly report to Director.

- Good manners and appearance.
- Ability to work actively and creatively
- Specialized skill and experienced for Forwarding, Logistics experience, supply chain, warehousing, forwarding.
- University graduation major Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic, related field.
- Experience request: at least five years working in a logistics company and have experience of the same position.
- Excellent command of English (Oral and of written skill).
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Experience in building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams
