Logistics Specialist

Work on customer’s order: send out booking request, receive booking confirmation,plan for warehouse loading, submit VGM/SI.
Work directly with Customer Service team, Logistics team in US to receive order and handle order.Make booking with forwarder/carriers
Send empty container plan for trucking service company.Make sure empty container on time for warehouse loading.
Checking arising charges & solve issues during process
Work with supplier on missing inventory.Check when inventory will be available then plan outbound order accordingly.
Working Location: VSIP 2, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong
Company bus pick up at Bien Hoa, Binh Duong, HCMC (Thu Duc, District 12, Binh Thanh, District 1...)

* EducationUniversity graduate, major in Business Administration, International Economics

* Experience
Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives.
Over 1 year experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain

* Knowledge of:
Knowledgeable about furniture product
Customer Management

Logistics, International transportation, 3PL management

* Skills and Abilities

Strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills

Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all organizational levels

Strong problem solving skill

Able to practice written and spoken English.
