**Job summary: Manage import/export, custom declaration with forwarder
**Job description:
- Service and cost control of transportation providers.
- Understood tax refund process according custom requirement
- Others are assigned by manager
- Management of forwarders in transportation arrangement.
- Responsible for the transportation schedule execution.
- Comply company/corporate policy about logistic aspect
- Handle timely all the customs issues regarding Import/Export.
- Minimize the gap of inventory between company and custom in liquidation process periodically
- Frequency update new requirement about custom requirement aspect

- To be worked in professional environment to be self-development
- Quality Management System. Process approach management. Key performance indicators scorecard.
- Bachelor Degree or Junior Colleague in Logistic, International Trade or related fields
- Lean manufacturing principles (Kanban, 7 wastes, 5 S&039;s).
- Customs Declaration Certificate, Commodity Inspection Declaration Certificate
- 5 years up is similar jobs.
- Proactive person, problem solved orientated, communicative, principled person, able to work under pressure, teamwork oriented
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts, and customs management.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- To be learnt about quality management system
- Computer: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Only shortlisted candidate to be interviewed
