Logistics Supervisor

• Reconcile daily and monthly stock
• Handling all documents related to logistics operations: delivery summary, invoice, receive note, supply sheet, delivery note…
• Prepare report and claim from trucks, driver, logistic cost follows standards.
• Supervise and management supply chain
• Oversee the transportation of products from one location to another, such as from warehouses to stores and from warehouse to customers
• Handle warehouses management: day to day functioning of inbound and outbound logistics activities requirement, checking inventory reports as company regulation and requires by manager, resolve issues that might arise with shipment/warehouses/outsource trucks/customers
• Arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies and route drivers accordingly. Ensure that all parities working efficient and on-time delivery.
• Collecting delivery document/invoice other document relative to delivery, submit all to accountant follow timely.
• Other tasks as assigned by logistics manager.

• Candidate must possess at least at College degree in foreign trade or Accounting/ Finance
• At least 01 year experience in logistics field
• Creative, proactive, well-organized
• Ability to handle multiple demands and deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
