Logistics & Warehouse Manager

Salary: USD 1,400 – 1,900
Location: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
JOB OVERVIEW
This role is to manage logistics and warehouse for the company, working collaboratively with cross functions and cross entities to ensure logistics and warehouse operations are maintained in an efficient and effective manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Warehouse: Manage monthly/weekly/daily shipment schedule for good receipts, coordinate with finance for stock count process and ensure compliance to company’s guideline.
• Adherence to all EHS requirements: Implement warehousing and logistical procedures relevant to EHS.
• Driving Capability development initiatives for the team.
• Business KPI: Drive KPIs under Logistics and Warehouse function.
• Ensuring 100% Governance: Lead all processes within area of responsibility to comply with Company governance requirements.
• Planning: Align, execute and monitor factory performance and demand planning on monthly and weekly basic to ensure factory demand and output required.
• Logistics: Manage monthly/weekly/daily shipment plan for custom declaration and receiving shipment into warehouse on time in full.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in a relevant field as Logistics & Warehouse Manager/ Supply Chain Manager from a multinational environment.
• Matured sensitivity in dealing with confidential information.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams with a winning mentality, outstanding customer service abilities, and effective stakeholder management.
• College/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Economics related areas or an equivalent qualification.
