<Job summary>
You will be in charge of GA/HR roll as deputy manager.
We would like to strength Legal and Labor for HR/GA.
<Detail>
- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department mainly relating labor such as Salary, Evaluation, Social Insurance. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Communicate with government (Interpret between government staff and Japanese manager)
- Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals
- Responsible for office overall general affairs, managing administrative operations, policies, procedures, budgets, facilities, records, equipment, and special project, plan, coached and manage members.
Catch up the latest labor law and investment law. then install for internal
- Attend the Japanese MTG and summary the content.
- Other task will be assigned by Manager

<Must>
- Bachelor degree
- English: Upper Intermediate level
- At least 5 years of HR manager experience in manufacturing companies.
- Interpret experience between Japanese manager and government staff
<Prefer>
- Japanese N2 intermediate level
