[Long An] INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST (IB)

* Investor relationship (~ 50%)
- Collect and process key inputs for investment teaser and IM
- Support deal structure and negotiate the closure of the investment deal.
- Conduct market research and support the searching for potential investor
- Support preparation of management reports and board materials for presentation to the board and investment committee.
- Others ad hoc investment tasks related to investor.
* Bank relationship (~ 20%)
- Liaise with bank representatives to provide updated operation and financial information as bank requests.
- On monthly basis, monitor, report, and forecast loan disbursement, interest rate payment for each bank with suggestions and solution for unexpected changes.
- Others ad hoc reporting relating to bank
* 3_year planning and other supports (~ 30%)
- Perform in-depth analyses on cutlery, metal, stainless steel, Zinc market, industry, competitor, business model and financial metrics both Vietnam, and overseas.
- Involve in developing 3-year business strategies, as well as pursuing and evaluating business opportunities locally and overseas
- Support 3-year strategic planning process
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting fields, appreciate ACCA, CIMA, CFA holders or in process.
- At least 3 years of related experience, and prefer candidates in manufacturing-dominated environment.
- Master in Excel skill.
- Hard working & careful.
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, bank, and investors.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Good communication in English.
