The role

What you will do
• Work with EF overseas admissions and/or school staff
• Work on projects to increase sales
• Meet sales goals
• Promote EF Education First
• Coordinate and execute agreed sales activities.
• Manage enquiries and telesales activities to generate office visits and bookings
• Provide pre- and post-sales customer service to parents and students
• Responsibility and organisation of information meetings and one-to-one counselling to students and parents
• Analyse market potential and track competition.

Job requirements
• Min 1 - 2 years relevant work experience (preferably in a service or sales environment).
• Fluency in both written and spoken English; Vietnamese mother tongue is essential.
• Experience in working with parents and students is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to take initiative, while working in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese
