Loyalty System Officer

Participate in the set-up of the customer management system regularly;
Receive, analyze and implement development requirements from the Partnership team; Operate and ensure the effective implementation of the requirements of the teams;
Work with partners to negotiate and push projects;
Manage customer data, and rating points, bonus points; Manage and handle the rewards;
Build working process and commercial flow on the system for partner development projects;
Other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
Deploy and manage Bamboo Airways‘ Loyalty system;

Minimum Requirements

Experience in Loyalty, CRM, business analysis, or database administration;
Be able to develop partners, policies, and cooperation programs in the short and long term with partners;
Have bachelor’s degree or higher;
Good English (IELTS 5.0 or TOEIC 600 or higher);
Able to travel for work when needed.
