M&A Manager

• Collect information to make M&A plan annually and suggest ideas/suggestions for BOD about M&A procedures.


• Manage and coordinate with other departments in evaluating and estimating assets.


• Control all documents and related information of M&A projects.


• Build strategic plan for investment/capital development, analyse and manage financial risks for investment projects.


• Build up options to restructure the investment capital of energy projects.


• Develope tight relationship with financial organizations, investment corporation, Funds, Capital Investors in Vietnam and global to liaise and propose capital options, increase investment chances for projects.


• Follow up reports, evaluate the results of disbursement/divestment and other task assigment regarding the investment activivites of energy projects.


• Usually update Vietnamese Laws/legal documents regarding Finance, Investment, Securities,...


• Other assignments ordered by CEO.

Educational background:

• University graduation with Bachelor or Master degree which is majoring in Investment, Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.


• Have an overview and wide knowledge of economic, corporate finance and a variety of economic law, commercial law.

English: fluent English (verbal, writing) is required.

Working experience: At least 10 years working in capital market with strong knowledge and ability to plan, negotiate and attract investors.

Others: Prefer candidates who have experience of working in renewable energy or equivalent.
