We are seeking a talent with a strong background in machine learning and computer science (or related engineering fields) who has demonstrated practical experience to conduct research & development to help us create leading financial products. Your primary focus will be in (1) contributing to our leading R&D in Machine Learning and AI in finance, and (2) applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high-quality prediction systems integrated with our products in finance
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Business Owner to define and design a roadmap for financial products
• Collecting, cleaning, and preparing data at large scale for modeling, building, tuning and evaluating Predictive modeling using state-of-the-art methods
• Constantly monitoring and evaluating of model production, identify data anomalies that could affect model performance in production
• Enhancing data collection to integrate information that is relevant to products
• Doing thorough analysis, explore and visualize data to gain an understanding of it, presenting insight of data in a clear manner

Yêu cầu công việc

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Applied Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, etc.), ideally with experience some academic training in Machine Learning or using Machine Learning techniques and algorithms
• Good applied statistics skills, such as testing, data wrangling, feature engineering, sampling model building, model tuning, evaluation
• Experience with Hadoop and Big Data related technologies such as Map Reduce, Spark, Hive, HBase, Cassandra ...
• Experience with common data science programing languages/frameworks, such as Python, Scala, R, SQL ...
• Great communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities and a desire to learn
• Data-oriented, production-oriented personality, strong product ownership. You keep a high bar for product quality
• Excellent team player with ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships
