Maintenance And Production Supervisor

Maintenance
Control and monitor the performance of machine and technicians in production line based on the required procedure and method to ensure the production efficiency and reduction of possible risks.
Check and control spare parts as well as make purchase request.
Analyze the cause of problems and corrective actions for the machinery breakdown that may affect production in order to get productivity and required quality.
Production
Control & monitor finished goods, Loss control of raw materials, packing.
Follow KPI targets including the brief of work efficiency and monthly report to Production Manager.
Control production processes in accordance with daily and monthly production plan to get all finished products at required quality standard.
Other responsibilities as per assignment of Plant Manager and Production Manager.
Supervise subordinates to make them focus on their work as per Work Instruction including requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP, KPI.
Instruct and comment on daily, monthly production management work as per plan with the Shift Leaders.

Education:Bachelor degree or higher level in Electrical- Electronics/ Automation/ Industrial electricity
Experience:
At least 3 year-experience at the same role in FMCG (F&B is a plus)
Experience & knowledge of TPM, Maintenance Filling & packing process
Languages:Good command in English (a must)
