Maintenance Assistant Manager ( Hà Nội )

Supervise: Maintenance Hanoi team (3 members)
Report to: Operation Manager
Job scope:
- Assist Construction Business Development team for developing, building and maintaining Pizza Hut Vietnam restaurants according to the latest Market Development Strategic Plan & Yum’s standards.
- Build up a systematic, efficient, timely and cost-saving maintenance organization for all Pizza Hut stores in the North
Key tasks:
- Take care of growing all team members with clear career path
- Support construction team for setting up equipment for new stores
- Ensure smooth operation of all the store without interruption.
- Build & manage a strong, transparent, long-term supplier chain for maintenance work
- Build up a healthy organization for maintenance team for a sustainable growth.
- Ensure the work quality, time management and cost of all the maintenance activities.
- Supervise the maintenance work of all the stores in the North

Key requirements:
- At least 7 year experience including 3 year in supervision/assistant manager level
- Understanding of kitchen equipment and M&E system of restaurant
- Good common sense, strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with other departments.
- Can do attitude, hard working, dependable, trustworthy
- Team management with positive and encouraging attitude
