Maintenance Engineer

Create and maintain all documents, records and reports
Execute basic repair and troubleshooting and coordinate with external service providers/ contractors from initiation to completion.
The job holder complies with the existing guidelines EHS, Facilities management
To provide schedule to maintain and ensure all mechanical and electrical equipment in the concrete batching plant are in working condition
Manage breakdowns for all M&E systems
To provide plan for spare parts for critical equipment such as conveyor rollers, mixer blades/paddles, armor plates etc.
Conduct regular inspections of office/plant facilities for potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions and initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment
Carry out all tasks by complying with the respective process descriptions and ensure your workplace is tidy and clean
On instruction of the superior, further tasks may be added or other tasks to be reasonably expected according to the employment contract have to be carried out
Plan and carry out regular, preventive maintenance on building, equipment and office/plant facilities.

1. Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, Familiar with conveyors, electrical motors, gears, pumps, electrical installation, PLCs, computer software, Past experience with welding, gas cutting torch 
2. Experience in managing external service providers/contractors
3.  Basic awareness of EHS
   Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
   Self-driven and willing to acquire new skills and grow in the position
   Good in English skills (Speaking and Writing)
   Good in Computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint, Auto CAD.
4. Familiar with local government authorities requirements
5. Able to work shift and travel from one location to another location in HCMC
6. Team work, management and planning skill.
7. Willing to work overtime and support other departments
