Maintenance Engineer (Kỹ Sư Bảo Trì Điện)

 Support the Maintenance Manager in all aspects of Maintenance activities including:
o Machine efficiency;
o Losses optimization;
o Safety environment;
o Cost reduction projects;
o Training needed.
 Give support to projects under development;
 Achieve Plant free maintenance;
 Organize and define agreed maintenance standards;
 Ensure the database system is updated;
 Analyze breakdown records and fault finding;
 Ensure the maintenance stock records are up-to-date;
 Ensure there is enough spare components / parts for all equipment;
 Co-ordination of Total Preventive Maintenance;
 Participating all the training needed in and out the plant as required
 Health & Safety;
 Guarantee high standards of Personnel Hygiene applied by themselves
 Ensuring all Plant equipment is in a functional condition;
 Attending weekly and monthly production meetings where necessary;
 Perform other tasks and/or additional duties within your skill and competence as and
when directed, required or deemed necessary.

 Possess a degree in electric or mechanic.
 Minimum 1 years of experiences in the maintenance of continuous process such
as plastic industry.
 Experience in programming, PLC, IT knowledge, Inverter.
 Strong in leadership skills (giving instruction, developing direct reports).
 Strong in planning and organizing skills, priority setting & time management,
problem solving, facilitation skills, analyzing skills (in logical manner to reach better
solutions).
 Ability to build and control spare part stock.
 Understanding of plastic industry machines.
 Proficient in English (Speaking, listening and writing).
