Maintenance Manager

- Proposing & managing spare parts in the factory
- Implement improvement activities in the factory
- Other tasks will be assigned to report directly
- Implement and support the troubleshooting team
- Supervising and performing regular activities of the maintenance team
- Responsible for maintaining the entire workshop, electrical equipment and works in accordance with required standards
- Participate in periodic operations meeting to provide information and historical data and take appropriate actions.
- Collect data & weekly report on: Weekly plan, Failure plan, spare parts, maintenance plan...
- Plan & execute preventive maintenance plan & check sheet
- Ensure the safe operation of the system electrical, machinery and all related aspects in accordance with company standards as well as legal requirements and regulations.
- Establish proper maintenance plan and document control regarding electrical, mechanical and related issues
- Coaching and training of technicians and operators in preventive activities and routine maintenance.
- Create procedure/work instructions for maintenance activities

- English can speaking & writing good
- Knowledge skill and experience in analyzing problems, root cause analysis and statistics.
- Computer skill: MS. Office, AutoCAD
- Integrity, teamwork, risk aversion, analytical, solution/result driven, process driven, flexible (in adapting new ways of working).
- College degree in Mechanical engineering with affinity with preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge, skill and experience in 5S.
- Experience 04 year in maintaining electrical systems for production and factories
- Strong in leading and communicating.
