Maintenance Manager

- Measurement and monitor equipment availability and develops sustainable improvement plans to optimize efficiency and reliability Identify critical spare part and manages spare part.
- Maintenance Standard develop and conduct training to maintenance team
- Organizes maintenance Team for daily work orders as well as scheduled preventative maintenance.
Promotes efficient teamwork with plant team, developing and improving the supporting functions of the department
- Drive for continuously improvement to enhance lifetime of equipment and reliability of machines and equipment
- Ensure that meet all safe regulation requirement and maintain 5s in the workplace
- Ensures maintenance expenses are controlled and allocated according to priorities and within budget.

- Prepare annual OPEX budget in support of AOP
- Daily liaise with safety, production and quality to ensure efficient and accurate information and clear priorities, participate in problem solving
- Develop, implement and measure KPI, for continuous improvement
Working place: Tay Ninh Plant- Lot 129-130 St. No.6, Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Park, Trang Bang, Tay Ninh

***Education: BA degree or higher in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
