Maintenance Manager (Based At Amata Factory, Dong Nai)

• Supervise the contractor’s works and ensure them meet our requirements on HSE and 5S policy.
• Engineering improvement activities
• Make sure all maintenance activities comply with safety policy and company guideline
• Budget management for maintenance scope
• Trouble shooting on the equipment or instruments to ensure production and lab operated under good conditions.
• Manage maintenance tools and spare parts in assigned area
• Regular analyze on maintenance job, collect root cause of equipment shut down. Share solution with maintenance people to uplift their maintenance skill. Keep close communicate with production department on equipment problem caused by human error and giving training for it to reduce down time
• Coordinate with other departments on any maintenance issues
• Improve and enforce preventative maintenance and Predictive maintenance schedule for all equipment: Promote the participation of line operators in PM to reduce the equipment downtime. On time handle “Maintenance work request”
• Daily regular maintenance works arrangement and supervises maintenance staff works.
• Maintenance reporting monthly (Cost, Energy consumption, PM implementation)
• Process safety management for all site equipment as responsible Engineer (RE)
• Be an active participant in the company&039;s initiatives to improve its Quality and HSE Management Systems

• Result Orientation & Customer Focus
• Good at Ms office (Excel, words...)
• University graduated in relevant majors. Master degree is a plus
• At least 4 years in similar maintenance management roles, experience in chemical manufacturing plant is preferable
• Resilience and ability working under pressure
• Process risk assessment experience in leading process
• Good at AutoCAD Drawings
• Good in communication in both English & Vietnamese
