Maintenance Planner (Maintenance & Utilities Department)

· Process Management
Management of the Work Order System:
· Follows up with engineering resource on job completion
· Effective planning of resource – parts, tools, people, skills and time allocation and the required level of detail
· Screening of WO’s generated
· Scoping of WO requirements
· Identifies any opportunities for improving the WI’s or WO’s
· Ensuring EHS & Quality considerations are met in each WO
· Provides clear and precise work instructions (WI) within work order
· Prints and Issues work orders to the engineering resource
· Ensures spare parts are available for each job prior to work order issuing
Ensures that WOs are closed out with the required quality of info by the engineering resourceBacklog:
· Ensures effective management of Maintenance Backlog
Ensures Backlog WO’s are scheduled into Maintenance PlansMaintenance Planning:
· Engagement of appropriate stakeholder in maintenance planning
· Sets up appropriate Planning and Review Meetings
· Generation and issuing of overhaul plans
· Generation and issuing of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plans
· Uses CSC Group Standards to improve overhaul effectiveness, both duration compression & interval optimization
Management of master maintenance plans and master data within the CMMS systemContractor Management:
· Follows up on WO completion with 3P – ensures QC or WO and WO close out
· Issues WO for 3P maintenance
· Communicates with contractors and 3rd party (3P) maintenance providers
Communication:
· Ensures appropriate info regarding maintenance planning is communicated to
· Ensures appropriate info regarding maintenance planning is communicated to Senior Management Team
· Performance Management
Reporting and CMMS:
· Ensures master plans are up to date within the CMMS
· Ensures accurate calculation of maintenance KPIs
· Ensures Bill Of Materials are accurate within CMMS
· Ensures agreed maintenance reports are generated and issued in a timely manner
· Ensures cost information is accurate within CMMS
Improvements and Problem Solving:
· Carries out data analysis using the CMMS and other relevant info
· Ensures improvement ideas are captured following job completion
· Reviews improvement ideas with Maintenance Management team
· Supporting Carlsberg excellence development in the area of responsibility
· Leading and participating in various maintenance improvement projects
· Incorporates new ideas into work instructions and maintenance plans

Education & Experience
· Experience of dealing with service contractor and spare parts suppliers
· Ability to prioritise
· 1-3 years’ experience within a manufacturing/maintenance environment
· University engineering degree
· Experience of managing budgets
· Experience of using CMMS systems and IT literate
· Effective communication and presentation skills
Language Skills
· Fluent in local language
· Effective in English (spoken and written)– an advantage
Responsible for the definition and implementation of effective maintenance plans in order to ensure required plant performance
• Responsible for ensuring effective allocation of resources to enable maintenance plan attainment
• Engages with regional ISC and Group maintenance teams to implement ISC standards
• Responsible for the generation of accurate maintenance reports via the Computerised Maintenance Management System (Navision)
• Drives the implementation and sustainability of ISC Maintenance and Carlsberg Excellence Standards
• Responsible for work order (WO) scoping, prioritisation, quality of work order detail, issuing of work orders, and the effective follow up and closing out of work orders
