Maintenance Store Coordinator

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Position Purpose
This position provides daily management of spare parts warehouse following WCM principles aiming at achieving ‘best in class results’.
Expectations

Manage eATS process to control new item code and update master data in SAP.
Provides leadership on ensuring all practices in WH complied to KCC requirements.
Perform the CIP Program (Continuous Improvement program) & LPLCC (Longest Part Life Cycle Cost).
Assist in controlling maintenance budget.
Lead major projects related to inventory (spare part and equipment) as specified.
Manage the processes SAP of inventory control to ensure continual improvement in 5S, stock ordering and control policy and accuracy, inventory system, stock import and export to/from warehouse.
Provides leadership on setting up and implementation of system and processes for spare parts warehouse management following WCM principles.
Develop and organize inventory management training for operators as well as technical staff.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Good in SAP skill, familiar with eATS is more preferable.
Effective in communication skill.
Technical background-University with at least 3 years working experience in spare parts controlling in manufacturing, 1 year people management experience.
Have ability working under high pressure.
Leadership skill and motivating others.
Advance in Excel, power point: familiar with pivot table, macro.
Have ability to read drawing in mechanical and electrical.
