Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Vietnam
Platform: Coffee
Functional Reports to: Asset Manager.
Overall responsibility:
- Supervise the performance of all operational activities developed by maintenance employees, taking into practice internal standards, safety standards, and use of resources determined.
- Develop maintenance function and processes, facilitate the implementation of best maintenance practices to continuously improve its results: Reduce maintenance cost and increase machine availability
Key areas of responsibility
• Coordinate with SHE department to develop and implement Process Safety Management (PSM)
• Train and develop maintenance employees in the work routines of the sector.
• Implementation and maintenance of best practices for maintenance control and planning; Monitor the KPIs of the maintenance and warehouse areas.
• Analyze risks, take measures to improve and reciprocate relevant assessments
• Support Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) team in implementing and monitoring food safety system
• Be responsible for Preventive Maintenance + Preventive Control Maintenance (PM & PCM) programs periodically
• Develop and monitor third-party companies to meet the demands within the warehouse.
• Improve and maintain machine safety, Lock Out Take Out (LOTO) practices, 5S/ housekeeping, fire prevention and Food safety in the factory.
• Technically supervise activities related to maintenance include production field and contractor scopes
• Ensure compliance and maintenance of good hygiene practices in the area under his responsibility
• Ensure that the personnel under his responsibility comply with the provisions of the emergency plan, participate in simulations and know his functions.
• Identify needs for improvements and/or new technologies to increase productivity and reduce costs and time to perform each task
• Participate in operational meetings in the unit, helping to identify needs and discuss solutions
• Participate in the development of proposals for improvements in the industry, as well as participate in new operational projects;
• Analyze new ideas and needs, as well as new demands, proposing solutions to stakeholders;
• Other jobs assigned by Superior.
• Responsible for the control and request of the capex and opex maintenance of the unit;

• Good in planning, monitoring activity
• Experiences in coffee industry is preferable.
• Good in technical drawing/ documents
• Good knowledge and experience in machine/ equipment safety, process safety
• Bachelor graduated of mechanical or electrical
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position
• Strong team player and good in communication skills
• Good in English.
