MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - GIÁM SÁT BẢO TRÌ

1. Design and install machinery for new projects.


2. Monitor the operation of the machinery system of production line regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance


3. Make and control the performance of the preventive maintenance plan for the machinery system of a production line.


4. Monitor, supervise the repair and maintenance for the machinery system of the production line to ensure the correctness and efficiency.


5. Supervise the performance of Technicians based on the required procedure and method to ensure the efficiency of works and reduction of possible risks.


6. Monitor and instruct Technicians to use, repair and maintain machinery system of production line based on the manual, included checking and tracking the preventive maintenance in the plan.


7. Analyze the cause of the problem and corrective actions for the machinery breakdown which may affect production in order to get productivity and required quality.


8. Control downtime to achieve the target.


9. Contribute the improvement ideas and adjustment of work and efficient production process to saving cost.


10. Check and control spare parts as well as make purchase requests.


11. Follow KPI targets including the brief of work efficiency and monthly report to Production Manager.


12. Supervise subordinates to make them focus on their work as per Work Instruction including requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP, KPI.


13. Operate under company regulations of ISO, HACCP, GMP, KPI requirements


14. Deploy the Company’s objectives and target throughout the organization.


15. Continually monitor and evaluate the activities of subordinates and instruct them if necessary.


16. Create a continuous improvement atmosphere to drive subordinates to achieve the target.


17. Foresee any issues that may become urgent and set preventive action.


18. Update direct superior on urgent issues immediately and consult as required.


19. Other responsibilities as per assignment of Plant Manager and Production Manager

Gender: Male, from 25 to 35 years old

Education: Bachelor degree 

Major:  Electrical, Mechanical, Automation

Experience: At least 3-year-experience in a similar position in the manufacturing company, especially in the food manufacturing industry or related industry 

English: Good command in English (4 skills required)

Computer skill: Microsoft office, Auto CAD

Other Requirement:

Knowledge of Electrical Control or PLC, Knowledge of Mechanical, Maintenance skill, Management skill

Self-motivated & organized

Be able to work in shift (Night shift or Day shift)
