Manager, Bancassurance Training Design & Development

Define development framework for Financial Consultant's force by conducting capability gap and training need analysis, design and conduct training for them.
In Job:
•Conduct competency gap analysis of Bancassurance staff and build development roadmap/framework to fill the gap
•Develop and explore new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training provided
•Conduct training or co-ordinate with internal/external trainer to provide training
•Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and prepare report to line manager
