Manager - Versailles Spas – HCMC & Phu Quoc Island

Versailles Spa - Ho Chi Minh City (Thao Dien) – Spa with 16 beds.
Versailles Spa - Phu Quoc – 18 mud baths and 40 spa beds, restaurant & Beach Club.
Work place: Phu Quoc with regular trips to HCMC required on a regular basis.
The position will be responsible for managing the two complexes and carrying forward the vision of the creator of Versailles Spas.
* Job Description:
• Ability to liaise with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of the spa operations.
• Developing marketing campaigns for the properties and oversee all direct sales activities to achieve budget sales targets
• Develop and execute budgets for both spas, and other facilities and provide management reports to the owners
• Working with the respective Heads of Department, oversee all operational aspects of the two Versailles Spas, in HCMC and Phu Quoc Island.
• Analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions.
• Manage supplies procurement
• Oversee the hiring of all employees, ensuring that the highest service levels will be maintained
• Handle any guest complaints or special requirements.
• Ensure all areas of the Resort are kept clean and well maintained at all times
• Monitor and review Resort employee’s performance regularly and provide required guidance.
• Maintain detailed records of cash collections and AR
• Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa’s operation.
• Supervise the maintenance, cleanliness and upkeep of all facilities at the property
• Provide guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes.
• Develop staff training programs, and organize workday schedules in cooperation with HOD’s

• Senior spa/health club/hospitality related management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a passion for high quality service
• Fluency/good working knowledge in English is essential
