Manager - Workflow And Team Development

* Job Summary
- MyTeam is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to oversee workflow optimization and team development within our dynamic company. The ideal candidate will be based in Vietnam, with fluency in English and a proven track record of managing at a high level.
- As the Senior Manager of Design, you will lead a team of talented designers across multiple sites. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing design projects, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining high- quality output. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the business manager to implement effective processes and structure.
- The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping this structure, driving the success of the teams, and ensuring that the company’s objectives are met through effective leadership and management practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Key Responsibilities
- Alongside the BM, Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to maximize productivity.
- Design and execute strategies for team development and capacity building.
- Analyse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow various teams to foster a collaborative and high- performing environment.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments and with international partners.
* Team Leadership and Workflow Management
- Actively manage workflow, ensuring timely delivery of design projects.
- Monitor due dates and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of designers.
* Quality Improvement and Process Implementation
- Implement structured processes to streamline design workflows.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance design quality.
- Document best practices and standard operating procedures.
* Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide design expertise and strategic guidance.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Trainers, Technical Staff, Sales Teams, and State Managers.
* Training and Development
- Organize training sessions for the design team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Leverage your expertise in Australian construction methods to inform design decisions.
- Drive innovation within the design team.
- Provide support to grow English development through all levels of staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Document training materials and processes for future reference.

- Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable.
- Hardworking, honest, enthusiastic.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role with a focus on workflow and team development.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- High Level of understanding in Australian Construction Methods, specially Timber Houses and software&039;s.
- Positive mindset and can- do attitude are highly preferred.

- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast- paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred or an Associates plus equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
