Manager/asst Manager Sustainability

Job Purpose:
Assist in implementation and operation of Environmental Sustainability management system, focused on renewable energy and low-carbon manufacturing of HS Enterprise companies across all Countries of Operation (Vietnam, China, Indonesia and India ) and all divisions; footwear, apparel, headwear and vertical businesses.
Job Responsibilities:
· Work with new construction project teams for ensuring integration of green building practices.
· Sustainability training to various levels of employees in the group.
· Establish and implement sustainability framework to ensure compliance with sustainability requirements of clients.
· Data collection and reporting to CDP and other requirements.
· Facilitate energy assessment of manufacturing units to identify improvements and implementation of action plans.
· Manage global sustainability data collection and reporting system to ensure data accuracy and support system improvements and facilitate sustainability performance monitoring.
· Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies of products and processes.
· Conduct internal audits of group companies and support them in preparation for external audits.
· Engage and work with SEA teams, maintenance teams and other local functions for implementation of sustainability programs like Energy Efficiency, Continuous Improvements, Coal to Biomass transition projects, RECs, etc.
· Plan and coordinate internal and external communication on sustainability.
· Planning and implementation of PPAs/dPPAs for various facilities across the group.

Qualifications:
· Native VN speaking , proficient in English and Korean a plus
· Familiar with tools like EMeReT, Higg for sustainability data monitoring.
· Experience with ISO14001 and ISO 50001, ideally a lead certified auditor
· Strong written, verbal communication and coordination skills.
· Experience in sustainability/environmental management, preferably in footwear/apparel industry.
· Experience with a variety of environmental technologies and products (chemical management, waste and resource management, renewable energy)
· Experience of participation in matrix international teams.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science discipline
· Good in PowerPoint, excel and database management.
