Managing Director (Clinic/Medical Service)

She/He has the authority to carry out these responsibilities in accordance with the direction and policies.
Along with managing day-to-day operations, the Managing Director of CS Channel will provide strategic guidance on resource allocation, cost controls, human resourcing and crisis management to achieve the financial growth and sustainability of the program.
The Managing Director of CS Channel is responsible for the launch of new sexual and reproductive health products, including identifying and pursuing new market opportunities as well as the marketing, sales and distribution of the existing product range.
The Managing Director of Commercial Sales (CS) Channel will provide overall oversight, leadership and direction for the Social Marketing program, including management and day-to-day operations.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Operational Management and Leadership
Financial Administration
Leadership and Capacity Building

Experience in budget management with a proven track record of financial management.
Experience in marketing, sales and/or distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Experience developing strategies and business plans.
At least 5-7 years’ experience in a senior management position and/or general management.
Experience in compliance and governance of pharmaceutical products, ideally in Vietnam.
Experience building and managing high quality teams and growing businesses.
