To prepare for the next transformation, we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Managing Partner of CMHSaigon. The MP must focus on the agency&039;s growth, profits and increase shareholder&039;s return, and keep up to date with commercials. Working closely with the BoD, the MP will play a critical role in shaping the strategic vision for the next phase of business expansion people, and ventures, ensuring company policies are communicated all the way from top down and maintained at all times.

Although usually without a specific client portfolio, MP is generally the highest level of contact between the agency and major clients helping to maintain strong relationships.
Negotiating client contracts and fees with the Finance Director, client lead and Procurement. Must be able to explain and justify the value of agency charges.
Developing potential client relationships, partnering with the new business team on marketing activities and events.
Co- ordinating the activities of board members and senior managers to make sure that they are in alignment with the overall strategy.
Focused on the personal and professional development of their team.

Setting the overall culture, tone and style of the agency. Providing inspiring and stimulating leadership to allow the work and commercial creativity to flourish.
Presenting and leading high- value pitches.

Leading, coaching and mentoring other board members and supporting their professional development. Acting as a mentor and role model for the whole agency team.
