Manufacturing Engineer

• Implementation existing production procedures & propose resolution for improvement.
• Train staff in new and existing processes
• Resolve issues and delays in production
• Review technical design drawings, plans and specification to apply into the production line.
• Other tasks required by Manager
• Study production and machine requirements.
• Evaluating manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, effeciency and speed.
• Perform detailed documentation to track manufacturing processes & report.

Experiences:
• Experience in the manufacturing of of Sheet metal or MCT/ CNC over 2 years is required.
• Preferred well known grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication method and tools design.
• Experience using softwares such as MS Office, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MasterCAM or similar.
Knowledge and skills
• Bachelor&039;s degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
• Exceptional project and people management, leadership skills manage cross-functional team members.
• Process oriented, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Proficient in English or Korean is plus
