- Make documents and principles and rules to be followed in the production process.
- Support technicians to handle problems arising during production operation.
- Conduct research and develop new equipment for production activities.
- Monitor equipment by regularly checking and performing maintenance to ensure they are running correctly.
- Personnel training, technical maintenance, and other tasks assigned by their superiors.
- Collect data and make reports for senior management. Seventh, install new equipment, evaluate the efficiency of machines. Introduce safety rules in machine operation.
- Build simulations on software when developing new manufacturing processes.
- Implement the budget allocation in a reasonable and effective way.

Education / Qualification:
- Degree or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering
Working Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ ME/PE experience in manufacturing (Prefer: Electronic/ Electric/ Mechantronics)
- Good understanding of Lean principles or Six sigma
- English: Fluently
