Manufacturing Engineer (M/f)

 Assembly line programming.
 Establish work instructions, line layout, assembly manual, back-up documentation and related documents.
 Plan and implement assembly lines and related equipment as tooling, spare parts and back-up tools.
 Implement engineering- and process changes as well as safety guidelines.
Duties: Plan, implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
 Guide and support start of new manufacturing projects.
 Provide technical support to internal customers.
 Teach relevant staff by means of “hands on”-practicing principles and techniques of the running production system.
Responsibilities: Design, implement and improve manufacturing systems with the purpose of increasing production, decrease costs and enhance the product

Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering or similar
 Good mechanical and technical skills
 Auto CAD experience, MS Office knowledge and PLC understanding
 Fluent English
 Good communication skills
 Profound analytical and problem solving skills
 Min. 1-2 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations
