Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Manager

Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Manager ensures that the New Product Industrialization is managed and implemented.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and optimize the installation of the factory management system, FMS IQC/QOC/OBA, and FMS IQC/QOC/OBA.
Support and document builds in accordance with NPI procedures.
Capable of interacting with R&D groups from many disciplines such as mechanical, test, acoustics, hardware, and so on.
Bring any issues to the attention of the R&D staff and offer remedies.
Manage the activities that emerge as a result of the construction.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, as well as the ability to define production flows for new or updated goods.
Ensure that yield objectives are fulfilled before moving on to the next phase.
Action plans for continuous improvement must be driven (for FPY and factory maturity)

A minimum of 5 years of supplier management experience in engineering or quality for electronic consumer items is required.
Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
Previous experience in the manufacture of electrical devices is desirable.
Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
A bachelor&039;s degree or higher in engineering is required. Formal Quality System training is preferable.
