Responsible for achieving the objective of enhancing the Hotel&039;s position locally and internationally through public relations activities and promotions.
• Design publications to convey hotel information and support sales tools for the Sales Department.
• Monitor brand image on all publications and promotional channels. Make sure all images comply with the brand identity.
• Deploy directly or coordinate with a 3rd party to complete sales documents and advertising publications including content, images, and layout under the supervision of the Head of Sales and Communications and approval. approval of the General Manager.
• Represent and promote the Hotel&039;s activities by maintaining regular contact with local, mass media and client companies.
• Research and propose plans to promote sales through traditional and digital channels to reach maximum customers and revenue according to KPI criteria set for each campaign.
• Develop and monitor communication activities and be responsible for publishing promotional materials and reporting on the mass media.
• Propose cross- selling cooperation programs with other reputable units to exploit position and image. At the same time, increase brand awareness externally by sponsoring activities or exchanging benefits.
• Support the Sales team in developing public relations and promotional plans and preparing budgets.

• Have 1 year experience in a similar position at 4 or 5 star hotel
