Responsibilities:
Proactively call hotel partners to resolve any anticipated future issues.
Manage first level accounting queries
Handle relocations if the request comes from the hotel
Work with hotels on promotional activities to increase bookings;
Assisting partners in issues pertaining to VNTRAVEL Group tools & applications. Guide the hotels to enter information into extranet to completion; Delivering training by phone and/or online to new and or existing properties on how to use VNTRAVEL Group extranet
Contacting hotel partners to resolve issues (questions, changes, etc.).
Participation in the weekly team meeting and learning in the office
Liaison person for properties to contact when they have commercial questions by phone when the Market Managers are unavailable
Work closely and professionally with other departments within VNTRAVEL Group to ensure the best resolution for hotel partners
Flexible working time arrangements: 1st shift 8h - 17h15 ; 2nd shift 13:30 - 16:30PM and 17:45 - 21:45 PM
Support tool improvements by testing changes and escalating issues
Providing support to VNTRAVEL Group hotel partners. Maintaining strong vendor relations with a positive attitude
Assisting partners with live website issues & troubleshooting.
Responding to inventory management inquiries.
