Market Place Logistics, Senior Associate (Takashimaya Office - LEL Team)

- Reporting to Country Head of Market Place Logistics.

- Responsible in engaging closely to build a strong working relationship with FirstMile 3PLs for smooth handover process between sellers and 3PLs.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Transportation, Seller Communication, Solutions for matters related to sellers.

- Conduct in-depth analysis for sellers’ logistics issues to identify root cause and recommend corrective action plan

- Leading the path in stream lining processes, implementation of new projects and initiatives & change management to improve Seller end-to-end operational performance from order fulfillment to on-time delivery to customers.

- Gather technical/non-technical feedback and requirements from on the ground and share with internal stakeholders for future improvements in operations and logistics.

- Represent Vietnam MP Log in the communications with Regional MP team for bench marking and collaboration

- Prepare weekly/ quarterly reports to identify performance trend and to update performance to management

- Minimum of Degree in Logistics, Engineering or Business Economics.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in ecommerce platform/ seller operations/ service provider for e-commerce

- Master in Excel, PowerBI, My SQL. Comfortable working with systems (OMS,Seller Center, Tracking systems etc.)

- Good at data analysis, root cause analysis and problem solving

- Able to manage multiple projects, initiatives across multiple seller accounts with conflicting priorities

- Strong team leader and ownership with can-do attitude

- Confident to collaborate and manage stakeholders from different cultures and background

- High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Local language & English mandatory .Mandarin is a plus.

- Must have own transport and willing to travel to client location across the country.
