We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to manage our online and offline communications and increase brand awareness for Vietnam market. The job scope will cover all relevant planning and implementation of marketing communication activities that includes Public Relations, Events Planning, Digital and Social Media Marketing and all other activities that are essential to build a strong brand and connection with our target audiences.
1. Act as brand guardian and ensure Company logo and branding and campaign assets are deployed to all touchpoints correctly and consistently; tradeshows/events, marketing collaterals, POSM, web materials, social media contents etc.
2. Ensure appointed partners and 3rd parties adhere to company guidelines when utilising company's branding assets, including logo.
3. Support RHQ on B2B branding direction, contributing to a harmonised brand impression across SEA markets.
4. Manage online and offline communications and increase brand awareness of Company brand in Vietnam market, including development of media plan.
5. Manage Company Vietnam’s social media channel/s and campaigns and ensure effective use of social media to promote overall brand and improve campaign efficacy.
6. Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, Google AdWords.
7. Work with various agencies to develop creative content pieces and sales materials to support sales and marketing activities.
8. Build relationship with media group and disseminate corporate/product releases to increase PR coverage.
9. Organise and manage events, tradeshows, exhibitions and trainings to support product marketing.
10. Generate monthly report of all activities. Share insights, observations and improvement points.
11. To promote Company branding and absence in Vietnam market. This position support to fulfil demand of Sale kit/Materials and expand Company branding and products to channels and end users through marketing activities.
12. Manage and organize Events, tradeshow, exhibition, training based on Products requests
13. Coordinate with partners to monitor Company asset adaptation to their stores.
14. Build relationship with presses for news and support for branding to media.
15. Working with vendor for marketing/sale demands

· Customer story video: Shooting video related to products application at customer site how they use our products to their school, factory, mall, company….
Administration
Vendor account creation, vendor performance evaluation, documentations, negotiations.
