Marketing Assistant Manager (Phó Phòng Marketing)

[BRAND & COMMUNICATION STRATEGY]
•Making a branding & communication plan based on the company plan.
•Managing brands marketing budgets.
•Develop & manage digital marketing campaigns and oversee & implement and delivering the social media strategy for all brands.
•Manage all creative assets for all brands ensuring all creative is in line with brand guidelines.
•Regularly review campaign performance by utilising Google Analytics.
•Build and maintain key relationships with third parties (agencies, photographers, models, graphic designers)
•Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
•Evaluate, monitor and report on sales trends, market analysis, and post-campaign report.
•Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly report to the Director
•Other jobs required by the General Director and Director;
[PRODUCT MARKETING]
•Develop product positioning and consumer-centric messaging that differentiates our products & product promotions in the market
•Support Business Development team with planning, releasing and evaluating of new product launch as well as promotional activities
•Product differentiate strategies; plan new products development and eventual launch, designing Customer Value Preposition

• Bachelor Degree; education from a foreign, internationally-recognized school is an advantage
•Over 3 years of experience in similar positions and have knowledge about consumer goods is preferred
•Knowledge of the corporate market;
•Very good command of English;
•Good negotiation, organization & communication skills;
•Willing to occasionally travel when required;
•Enjoying problem-solving and serving customers;
•Be able to use Japanese will be an advantage.
