Marketing Assistants

What you&039;ll do:
• Assist in creating online and offline marketing assets for TomoChain, which include videos, infographics, blogs, announcements, brochures, games/quizzes, etc.
• Update and maintain the marketing department&039;s documentation and databases.
• Support marketing managers and executives in organizing various projects such as developing marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, social media campaigns.
• Accomplish other marketing-related tasks as needed that are assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Provide assistance in terms of logistics and/or management to events like conferences, workshops, etc.
• Assist in managing community channels.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

To be considered for this position, you&039;ll need:
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
• Minimum English requirement: IELTS 7.0 or equivalence.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor&039;s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience/Knowledge in technology/fintech/blockchain is an advantage.
