Demonstrate understanding of market planning and strategy development process and provide inputs on market industry, financial and sales analysis. Support Channel and Brand Specialist in Formulating annual marketing plan and development of Business Plan and Strategic Network Plan (SNP)
• Review A&SP (OPEX) to be in line with annual marketing plan and LBU situation.
• Support the key growth projects which include the participation of multiple business units.
• Conduct lookbacks of annual marketing plan, each element programs and align with stakeholders to ensure the shared visions and understanding on the values, pros and cons of each strategies and programs.
• Provide processes, templates, principles and guidelines for co-workers from multiple business unit.
• Conduct analysis, studies and research and brainstorming sessions with multiple stakeholders, to draw insights for each market segments and target audience, formulate growth and marketing strategies.
• Study and comprehend company’s business, operation practices, resources and objective.
• Participate & support the annual marketing planning process with deliverable of a complete annual marketing plan, which is supported with tactical plans. Gather macroeconomics, local legal and industry trends, market information to support the marketing plan and tactical plans.
Support Brand Marketing in the following areas:
• Product Launch: Align with sales team on supporting Material & Communication. Follow up with Vendors on quality of materials, brand guidelines, delivery schedule to meet the launch on time.
• Co-ordinating ASP budget.
• Digital: Coordinate with Brand MKT to put up content for promotion program & Activation campaign on social media (Facebook, Zalo) & Website
• Brand (Outlet) Activation: Coordinate with agency & align with Sales Team on concept, Scope of implementation, requirement to run program nationwide. Work closely with Logistic Department & Distributors to manage sufficient premium & POSM for the program. Manage the look back for learning to apply better in next campaign.
Support Channel Marketing in the following areas:
• POSM support: liaison with sales and distributors to gather data and arrange the delivery for distributors and customers.
• Support nationwide and local promotion (LSM) work with preparing products /premium codes in places, track promotion results, solve the issues. Support with POSM procurement; conducting lookback with sales team
• Gather/filter data from sales, propose budget for Customer Reception, Seminars, Segment workshops, Gala Dinner, DSP training and Distributor meetings. Arrange logistics preps for the events and supervise the events.
• Channel branding: provide workshop signage & DIFM training to vendors, distributors, guide vendors and approve layouts, payment supporting claims, audit onsite works, report the signage budget on periodical basis or when required.
• Access Company’s systems (SAP, OneData, DMS, Power BI) to input/extract data to serve business purposes as required by brand and Channel specialists.

• Support Development of an effective plan for marketing initiatives (e.g., major product changes, multi-media campaign, key customer program, global, multi-geo or multi-market initiatives).
• Participate & support the annual marketing planning process with deliverable of a complete annual marketing plan, which is supported with tactical plans. Gather macroeconomics, local legal and industry trends, market information to support the marketing plan and tactical plans.
• Conduct lookbacks of annual marketing plan, each element programs and align with stakeholders to ensure the shared visions and understanding on the values, pros and cons of each strategies and programs.

• Support review of annual budgetary requirements to support Sector initiatives and submit as part of the overall planning process.
• Review A&SP (OPEX) to be in line with annual marketing plan and LBU situation.
Responsible for in country activation of Digital Marketing campaigns. Will team with the regional IF&L Digital Specialists and Customer Experience teams to lead our transition to be Data and Insights Driven and leverage targeted, digital automated Marketing. Ensure marketing effectiveness through deployment of central tools & benchmarks.
• Uses marketing technology to enable the different sales and marketing processes.
• Executes processes, projects, and campaigns in a digital environment.
• User level support of existing marketing technology tools.
• Aware of the role of marketing technology tools in the business and the basic application of these tools.
• May support small projects related to implementation of new marketing tools.
• Understands and measures the business value of marketing technology tools in their specialist area.
• Provides baseline analytics from marketing technology tools to support business decisions.
Understands marketing technology requirements for various mediums (websites, social media, digital content management, marketing automation, CRM, e-commerce).

• Lead cross-functional sub-team and achieve its assigned objectives.
• Participate in engagements across Global and Regional initiatives.
• Demonstrate ability to build consensus, resolve conflicts, facilitate team discussions, and maximize individual contributions.

• Prepare and make effective presentation to larger groups, including senior managers.
• Builds relationships and collaborates effectively across teams.
• Clearly communicate issues, opportunities, and concepts or ideas effective to audiences that may not have knowledge of the subject matter.
Marketing and Business Planning
• Support Development of an effective plan for marketing initiatives (e.g., major product changes, multi-media campaign, key customer program, global, multi-geo or multi-market initiatives).
• Support review of annual budgetary requirements to support Sector initiatives and submit as part of the overall planning process.
Measurement & Performance tracking
• Maintain list of existing with & prospective sites for on-site branding.
• Track and measure effectiveness of distribution at assigned area/s.
• Track progress of activity metrics/milestones.
Manage marketing inventory, budgeting and procurement
• Manage and monitor assigned marketing budget.
• Manage procurement and purchase of marketing materials.
• Manage inventory and allocation of marketing materials.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Preferably at least 5-6 years working experience in FMCG or lubricants industry, of which at least 3-4 years in brand and channel marketing
• Able to travel as and when needed.
• Above average computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Matured Vietnamese national with university degree (Business, Marketing or other relevant degrees)
• Be responsible, active and able to problem solve
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese , both written and spoken
