Mô tả công việc

Take charge of product launch

  • Ensure 100% of products launched for the brand follow the correct internal and external process and with the appropriate marketing support (text, pictures & videos) in cooperation with Digital Marketing Team Leader and Videographer Senior/Executive
  • Generate innovative ideas to launch products and encourage advanced thinking/selling within the sales team
  • Create and adapt offline and online marketing tools to support product launches
  • Ensure operational excellence for product launches in regards to timing and in collaboration with the production and sales departments

Communicate with relevant parties

  • Enhance the corporate image of the sub-brands with clients, suppliers and within the industry by ensuring optimal communication in the markets in direct mail campaigns, emails, newsletters, and any other means
  • Support the Head of Marketing to devise and implement social media strategy across agreed platforms for the sub-brands, maintaining the editorial calendar in coordination with the Product (product launch), SDMs (trade shows) and others
  • Manage online profiles and the distribution of content on online platforms, ensuring compliance with law
  • Perform quarterly performance evaluations to assess progress & share internally
  • Support the Head of Marketing with new tool/process announcements internally and to key partners where required

Prepare and update content

  • Written texts: liaise with the Digital Marketing Team Leader & Content Editor Senior/Executive to procure high quality texts for marketing projects and communications platforms
  • Pictures & Video: liaise with Videographer Senior/Executive to ensure adequate content is available to support the brand, attending video / photo shoots as support when required
  • Update the company profile and support sub-brands where required

Support Sales Department

  • Oversee the maintenance of tools for Easia Travel brand with the M&B Senior/Officer in each destination (including presentations, video support documents, brochures, etc.)
  • Support the sales with performance reviews of tool effectiveness
  • Support Easia Travel FAM trips with collateral support
  • Help to source local gifts for SDM / tradeshow giveaways
  • Asses support for SDMs in planned trade shows; develop tools/collaterals to support; follow up on feedback from SDM to apply changes in future

Generate revenue

  • Support the Contracting and Country Managers to develop revenue through marketing initiatives according to annual strategy, overseeing M&B Senior/Officer in each destination to collate information required
  • Support the Head of Marketing to plan and renew partnerships in 3rd quarter after assessing success / challenges of existing project

Handle issues regarding market intelligence

  • Support SDMs by sharing information and best-practices for markets and destinations
  • Liaise with Digital Marketing Team Leader and SDMs on key agent usage of the Agent Hub (based on browsing history, etc.)
  • Support the Head of Marketing in initiating surveys to study our current internal understanding of target markets and evaluate application of the sales strategy
  • Explore markets trends and competitors’ activities

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Fluent in English language
  • Strong knowledge of the tourism field, including hotel and tourism management
  • High-level expertise in marketing and communications
  • Ability to identify new trends and incorporate into the strategy
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who contributes ideas and solutions
  • Good leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
  • Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive
  • University: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  • At least three years of experience in marketing
  • At least two years of experience at similar position
  • Previous experience in tourism industry is preferred
